Your Role

Join one of the Netherlands’ leading BMW dealerships. As an experienced car mechanic, you’ll be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing BMW vehicles using the latest tools and technology. You’ll work in a modern, fully equipped workshop alongside a motivated and professional team. 

We are currently hiring for multiple positions and are open to candidates with different levels of experience: 

• At least one position is open to car mechanics with a minimum of 2 years of experience. 

• Several positions are available for highly experienced technicians with 5 or more years of experience.

About the Company

You’ll work with a well-established and growing BMW dealership group, known for high standards in customer service, team development, and technical innovation. With multiple branches across the Netherlands, the company offers a dynamic and stable work environment where technicians are truly valued.

To ensure the right match, we arrange a fully organized, three-day paid internship in the Netherlands. Raespo takes care of everything – from your flight and accommodation to the internship itself – so you can focus on experiencing the company, getting to know the team, and exploring the country. Is it a match? Then we provide full support in settling in the Netherlands, including finding accommodation and guiding you through the necessary integration steps. 

What they offer

• Gross monthly salary: €2,800 – €3,000 (depending on experience and certifications)
• Full-time contract (40 hours/week) 
• 8% holiday pay and a strong pension scheme

What you bring

• Minimum 2 to 5+ years of experienceas a carmechanic or automotivetechnician 
• Strong skills in diagnostics, maintenance, andrepairs

• Basic English communication skills

7. START: After accepting the offer, we’ll finalize all administrative and logistical details to facilitate your move and integration, including accommodation and integration assistance.
