Are you the Mechatronics System Engineer to lead our product design teams to the edge of technology? Can you deliver multidisciplinary designs for volume production? The engineering department is responsible for the specification, design and integration of mechatronic machine modules, professional systems and capital equipment.

Job information

• Responsible for capturing and dissecting customer requirements and designing the system.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap.
• Lead the system design team to meet our customers’ functional specifications within overall cost and timing.
• Working closely with colleagues from all disciplines, define decomposed functions and modules.
• Lead the team to document and maintain specifications.
• You perform trade-off studies and determine direction for realization and validation.
• Review designs and ensure system performance and improvements.
• Act as technical coach for designers.

Profile

• Technical University, Master degree.
• 5 years relevant experience in industries like medical, semi or defence.
• Eager to define concepts, interfaces and apply mechatronic design rules.
• As a person you are accurate, flexible and motivated to face challenges.
• Team player, in the own company and towards clients, consortium partners and suppliers.
• Building constructive relations with stakeholders.
• Likes to help building a company, entrepreneurial spirit.
• Efficient in dealing with time pressure, budget constraints and setting priorities.
