Your role

You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process of technical talent in Spain and help them make the step to move and work to the Netherlands. Your main tasks will include developing and implementing strategies to identify, attract, and select suitable talent. You will also be involved in optimizing the recruitment process and improving the candidate experience.  

What We Offer

• Gross salary: €850 (based on a 24-hour contract) 

• A 24-hour contract, with the possibility of increasing to 40 hours in the future.

What You Bring

• MBO or HBO education level (advanced students are also welcome) 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills  

• Self-starting attitude and like to work independently 

• Fluent Spanish and a good level of English 

• Analytical skills with attention to detail 

• Affinity with the technical sector is a plus
