Your role

As a Service Engineer Yachts, you will be responsible for independently performing service, maintenance work on electrical installations on board luxury superyachts. You will also have a strong focus on complex automation issues on board ships.

Key Responsibilities: 

• You independently install and perform service, maintenance and commissioning work on various types of ships, but mainly super yachts;
• You think actively about problems or deviations that occur during the service assignments and projects;
• You do preventive and corrective maintenance;

What they offer

• Salary range (gross) €3500 – €4,300 per month (€42,000 – €52,000 per year) 
• Contract of 40-hour a week
• Travel allowance 
• Overtime payment (in case if necessary)

What you bring

• You’ve completed education MBO -4 electrical engineering or maritime school;
• You are substantively strong in automation issues and electrical engineering;
• You have good communication skills in English;
• You have persuasiveness, a focus on results and autonomy;
• You have several years of experience with electrical engineering, preferably on board ships;
• It is an advantage if you have several years of experience in automation (PLC, SCADA and alarm systems), preferably on a ship;
